Senior Level Relationship Manager– Residential Investment Property – Irvine CA
Our client is a leader in the finance industry focused on assisting residential investment borrowers.  They finance real estate investment portfolios of various quantities and property types.
This is a senior level role open due to growth.    Position reports to the VP Production.
This is a senior level sales role where you will be responsible for identifying new credit line and term loan customers.  You will be provided with a strong in bound lead source but you must have the ability to make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and to strengthen and grow existing relationships.  We are looking for hunters, not farmers.  You will be working your network within the real estate industry to leverage leads from brokers, realtors and other real estate community contacts.  You will also be attending conferences and industry events to identify new prospects and represent the organization.  We are looking for experienced relationship managers from the commercial investment industry or specialty finance organizations who are interested in joining an organization that has tremendous funding power and the most competitive products in the industry.  Did we mention this organization has state of the art proprietary systems and highly competitive compensation?  Travel to meet you clients is estimated to be approximately 50%.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • ·         Bachelors Degree.
  • ·         5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:  commercial banking, specialty finance, residential or commercial loan originations. 
  • ·         Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • ·         Experience with CRM platforms – Salesforce is preferable.
  • ·         Strong financial background with analytical and numerical proficiency and understanding of the underwriting process.
  • ·         Driven to succeed and highly money motivated.
