Our client is looking for a Salesforce Admin who will utilize their understanding of Salesforce SDK, API, web integration and coding to administer, integrate and maintain the Salesforce platform. The System Admin is responsible for managing all aspects of (SFDC) including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. This role also includes collaborating with internal IT team members to assist in the building of solutions that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Configure Lead assignments and rules
  • Mass reassignment of lead owners, contacts, accounts and deals
  • Import data through data loader and the data import process
  • Assist with the development of custom Objects, Workflows and Alerts
  • Functional knowledge of Sales Cloud Data model and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SF Lightning platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality utilizing the SF Lightning components
  • Work with outside developers to complete design and integration of CAF LOS Platform
  • Interface with analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products to ensure application meets their needs
  • Research and development of new prototypes and applications
  • Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Review and understand business requirements and apply iterative agile development process to rapidly create functional prototypes and release final product
  • Hands-on development including building Visualforce pages, apex and pages. Participate in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Use ETL tool to develop data integration process to be used by either Salesforce or other vendor applications
 Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Certified System Admin (ADM211 Certification)
  • Understanding of standard Salesforce objects and the ability to create custom objects
  • Understanding of the Salesforce database schema and reporting
  • Understanding of how data interacts between each object
  • Knowledge of Security Roles
  • A minimum of two years of recent Lightning and Apex development experience including objects, triggers, reusable components. Understand and practiced established Salesforce development standards and best practices in MVC and object oriented programming
  • 3+ years Salesforce administrator experience supporting at least 40 users
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, design and implementation
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming
